Mit unserer langjährigen Erfahrung im Bereich der Konstruktion von Kunststoffbauteilen für die Automobilindustrie sehen wir uns als Ideengeber und Lösungsfinder für unsere Kunden. Wir übernehmen die Verantwortung für unsere Entwicklungsumfänge von der Designabsicherung über Konzept- und Machbarkeitsstudien bis hin zur Serienreife. Dabei betrachten wir alle relevanten Aspekte des Entwicklungsprozesses wie Qualität, Herstellbarkeit, Funktionalität, Ergonomie sowie Gesetzesanforderungen und Sicherheitsaspekte.

Während des Entwicklungsprozesses führen wir Bauraumanalysen und Toleranzbetrachtungen durch und gewährleisten die Einhaltung von Gewichts-, Termin- und Kostenzielen.

Die Integration bestehender Komponenten, die Abstimmung zu Schnittstellen und die Kommunikation mit Werkzeugmachern sind ebenfalls Bestandteil unseres Dienstleistungs-Portfolios. Bei Bedarf stellen wir Prototypen aus den geeignetsten Herstellungsverfahren bereit. Am Ende der jeweiligen Projektphasen kümmern wir uns für unsere Kunden um die Dokumentation und das Handling der CAD-Daten im Rahmen von Freigabeprozessen in den unterschiedlichsten, kundenspezifischen PDM-Systemen.
