Our long standing experience in construction of plastic components for the automotive industry establishes us a hotbed for ideas and solution finder for our customers. We take responsibility for full development projects from design validation and concepts as well as feasibility studies through to start of production. In doing so, we take care of all relevant aspects of the development process like quality, feasibility, functionality, ergonomics as well as legal and safety considerations.

During the development process we monitor tolerances and ensure compliance with weight, date and cost targets.
The integration of existing components, adjusting interfaces and communication with machine tool manufacturers are also part of our service portfolio. Upon request, we supply prototypes via the suitable manufacturing processes. At the end of each project phase we supply documentation and handling of CAD data for a multitude of client specific PDM systems as part of the approval process.
